NeuroThrive Coaching, Mentoring & Training: Supporting Neurodivergent Individuals and Organisations

At NeuroThrive, we are passionate about helping neurodivergent individuals, families, and organisations thrive through tailored coaching, mentoring, and specialist training. Whether you are a school, workplace, charity, or family seeking support, our approach is practical, compassionate, and grounded in real-life understanding.

As we move into April, we’re excited to share that we already have a range of high-quality training sessions lined up, supporting professionals and communities across Gloucestershire and beyond.

What We Offer

1. Neurodiversity Coaching & Mentoring

We provide 1:1 coaching and mentoring for autistic individuals and those with ADHD, PDA profiles, and other neurodivergent experiences.

Our sessions focus on:

  • Managing anxiety and overwhelm

  • Building confidence and self-understanding

  • Improving communication and relationships

  • Emotional regulation and coping strategies

  • Navigating work, education, and daily life

We take a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach, recognising that every individual’s experience is unique.

2. Training for Schools

We work closely with primary schools, secondary schools, and SEN settings across Gloucestershire.

Our training includes:

  • Understanding autism, ADHD, and PDA

  • Supporting emotional regulation in the classroom

  • Reducing anxiety and demand avoidance

  • Creating inclusive, neurodiversity-friendly environments

  • Practical strategies for staff and SENCOs

Our sessions are interactive, relatable, and filled with real-world strategies staff can use immediately.

3. Training for Organisations & Community Groups

We support both statutory and voluntary sector organisations, as well as local groups and services.

Training topics include:

  • Neurodiversity awareness in the workplace

  • Supporting neurodivergent employees

  • Communication and inclusion strategies

  • Mental health and wellbeing

  • Building psychologically safe environments

We understand the importance of inclusive workplaces and services, and we help teams feel confident in supporting neurodivergent individuals.

4. Workshops & Support Groups

Our small, supportive groups provide a safe space to connect, share, and learn.

These include:

  • Online Parent/carer workshops

  • Anxiety and emotional regulation sessions

  • Psychoeducation groups

We intentionally keep groups small so that everyone feels heard, understood, and validated.

    — Local Organisation Manager

  • “We were pinpointed to NeuroThrive through our family support worker for extra support and guidance on how to manage my sons’ emotions and for any other support we needed. We were connected with Tracy; she has been truly fantastic. Immediately she made both me and my son feel at ease with both sharing our story and any problems we may have had as and when problems arose. Tracy had an ability to make it feel ok to have these feeling and worry’s and had a wealth of knowledge of techniques and processes that we could go through to help us. She also just made us feel like she truly wanted to get to know us and was interested in our lives! My son especially liked talking about animals with her! She helped my son to open up, even a few times things he hadn’t even told us! This was invaluable as we were able to support him more effectively going forward. Tracy helped us to understand we could contact her any time if we needed her. We will miss the sessions we were having but feel truly grateful for the knowledge and help she gave us. We would recommend this service to anyone who may need it. Thank you Tracy!”
